Policies

We accept payments with MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

For our wholesale customers, we require your Business License Number and/or a Resale Number be on file before we ship and for Californians we require a signed Resale Certificate.

Order Change: We are happy to exchange or change an order as is possible and reasonable. Upon receipt of our products buyers will have 7 days to make exchanges. Products must be returned in new condition. Proper return packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product and service. If for some reason you are unhappy, buyers will have 7 days to return product for an exchange or refund. Products must be returned in new condition. Proper return packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Shipments: If a package has visible damage upon delivery, do not open it. Refuse the delivery if you can...or call us or the shipper and we will resolve it and ship a new order to you. If the damage is discovered after opening call us.
